client interview



Our services start with the interview with the Client on site. The goal for this meeting is to evaluate the existing space, Client's requirements and expectations and to establish the scope of work.



proposal for design



We will provide a detailed proposal for design services based on the information received during the Client Interview. This proposal will include our understanding of the project and describe corresponding design stages.



field measurements



We will take detailed measurements and photos of the existing site, verify electrical and lighting devices and document existing furniture scheduled to be re-installed in the updated space. This information will be used for design development and production of construction documents.



space planning


During this stage we will analyze the existing home plan and propose improved space plan options including furniture layouts per room. Well though-through space plan is a foundation and a road map for any successful interior renovation.


preliminary design



This design stage involves preliminary conceptual drawings for custom cabinetry, architectural woodwork, bathrooms, lighting layouts and selection of interior finish materials and fixtures.



construction documentation


Once all initial design decisions are made, we will prepare the most detailed construction drawings and specifications for bid by contractors. This documentation will ensure high degree of pricing accuracy.



construction administration



Invented Interiors Inc will coordinate bidding process. We will submit our design documentation to multiple prospective contractors and provide you with detailed bid comparison.


We will also coordinate the job through construction process and meet with the trades on site to observe implementation and to address any questions about the design.



furniture & furnishings



We will propose furniture selections based on the layouts developed during the space planning stage and coordinate orders and installation on site.
